Lovely Lighting....

When I was in interior design school, my favorite subject was Lighting. I loved creating electrical plans and I loved researching how to light a space... it's the drama in a room. Without good lighting, nothing you've put in your room will be shown to its best effect! 


As I am working on that book tutorial for you, I wanted to do a short post of a cool nest-like chandelier that I found.... gorgeous!

Also, I don't have a photo of it, but I was in love with a large chandelier at an Anthropologie store which was covered in green moss.... the fairy lights were draped across the top of this huge, verdant looking chandelier structure... twigs were poking out, and you half expected to see actual fairies flying around it!


I don't think it would take much to make your own awesome chandelier.... just a trip to the woods, AC Moore or Michael's and some ingenuity! (Just remember: safety first!)


I love nature-themed things, in case you can't tell!
