While in Italy, I wore this top a lot... it reminds me of Venice, specifically, because there were a few gondoliers who had red and white striped shirts, too!
I love stripes... I think they're very jaunty! It wasn't easy to pick my favorite striped top, but as it's summer, I'm posting my most summery one! All my others are long-sleeved, which just won't do for an east coast summer. :-)

I found this one striped top a couple years ago at an Old Navy in New England... so now, every time I wear it, I think it's very nautical. :) Love stripes, will be wearing it this fourth of July!
