A place where I can share the inspirations found around me with people who are also searching for some... (do I sound like Zoolander? Awesome.)

Christmas time
Another year, another Christmas. Why does it seem like the time BEFORE Christmas used to feel like it took forever to get through when you're a child, but it goes in a blink as an adult? If you could just go back in time, and relive those moments, would you?
I love how the feelings are still very childlike in everyone around me... the anticipation is still very much the same. Our eyes gleam with the excitement of present-opening time. We give in to the eating of Christmas cookies, pumpkin & apple pie, with child-like abandon. We relive those feelings of joy that it seems like children only have. It's the time when it's "okay" to be a child again! That's one of the very best parts of Christmas, I think.
I was last seen in the construction industry, wearing a hard hat and yelling at guys. Just kidding! I never yelled! My guys liked working with me, actually. But I was losing my creative self, which is very important to me. So... I left. I am also most happy when I'm helping to inspire people, either with my crafting posts, showing something amazing about nature, or sharing my latest favorite bookmaking project... I love working with my hands...oh to feel things! I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge about nature, life, people, my art.... that's what this life is for, I believe.
