What are all my lovely friends doing this weekend? Will it be filled with friends, family, errands, travel, crafting, or playing? Mine will have a bit of work and play. Tomorrow, I'm going to get my taxes done, and grocery shopping for the week. Sunday we plan on going to the Jersey shore... Monmouth, most likely, as it's closest and less "Jersey Shore" and more like a nice, mellow beach. As you may or may not know, I've been missing the ocean, and so we head there on the one nice day we're supposed to have this weekend. I'm hoping that everyone around the Jersey area doesn't have the same thing in mind!

I was last seen in the construction industry, wearing a hard hat and yelling at guys. Just kidding! I never yelled! My guys liked working with me, actually. But I was losing my creative self, which is very important to me. So... I left. I am also most happy when I'm helping to inspire people, either with my crafting posts, showing something amazing about nature, or sharing my latest favorite bookmaking project... I love working with my hands...oh to feel things! I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge about nature, life, people, my art.... that's what this life is for, I believe.

Sounds like a fun weekend planned! No beach plans for us. Just peace and quiet in between creative homework projects.
I plan to work on some jewelry projects and do some cooking. Rick & I will work together in the kitchen to make a huge pot of cioppino!
Oh lovely Florida!!! nice pictures! I need to take a trip to florida soon! I'm going to eat some yummy birthday cake in a little bit. Let's hope I don't eat too much :)
Not sure we're going now... it's supposed to rain again. Weather report changed...
